AMSSM/OHSU Introductory Sports Ultrasound Course

This course is designed for physicians who wish to acquire introductory knowledge and skill in diagnostic ultrasound of common musculoskeletal (MSK) problems. There will be slide presentations, demonstrations and significant hands-on scanning time. Participants will have ample opportunity to interact one-on-one with faculty.

 

AMSSM/OHSU Diagnostic/InterventionalSports Ultrasound Course with Two Cadaver Lab Days

November 22-24, 2024

This course is designed for physicians who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in diagnostic ultrasound of the musculoskeletal (MSK) system as well as enhance their skills in ultrasound-guided injections. There will be slide presentations, demonstrations, hands-on scanning and extensive practice of guided injections on whole-body, fresh tissue cadavers. Participants will have ample opportunity to interact one-on-one with faculty.

Please note: You have the option to register for one of the AMSSM/OHSU SportsUltrasound Courses or you can register for both courses.

The registration deadline for both the Diagnostic/Interventional Sports US Course and the Introductory Sports US Course is Monday, November 11, or until the courses are sold out. We highly recommend registering early since these courses fill up quickly.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Residence Inn by Marriott PortlandDowntown RiverPlace for the room block group rate of $129 per night plus applicable taxes. When making your reservation, ask for the “OHSU Sports UltrasoundCourse” Room Block and the hotel requires a credit card to hold your room reservation.
